Terms of Service
Welcome to iAccountApp ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering for, logging in to, or accessing our platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, uploading files, or interacting with our agentic financial intelligence dashboards, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the services.
2. Isolated Sandboxed Accounts
iAccountApp operates on a secure sandbox framework designed to protect focus group participants:
- All data imported (PDF/CSV statements) is isolated at the session and user-level within secure databases.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, passwords, and 2FA verification codes strictly confidential.
- Any attempt to intercept session headers, cookies, or cross-site request tokens of other sandboxed accounts will result in immediate termination of access.
3. Bank Statement Uploads & Processing
Our statement ingestion module allows you to drag-and-drop raw banking files (PDF and CSV format) to parse transactions:
- You represent and warrant that you own or have the explicit legal authorization to process any financial statement files you import.
- Uploaded statements are processed immediately to perform analytical checks (resilience score, lifestyle inflation indices).
- You may use the "Source Eraser" utility at any time to permanently purge statement sources and their child transactions from your active database.
4. Financial Disclaimer & Limitations
5. Prohibited Activities
When using iAccountApp, you agree not to: upload corrupted CSV files containing malicious code, inject queries into SQL parameters, mock CSRF authentication tokens, or lease your account credentials to third parties.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts.
